Water route / Eco trail: "In the embrace of the Danube" (yellow color on the map):The route is specific because it is carried out on water. Persina Nature Park Directorate owns a 6-seat motor boat. In case of bigger groups the boat makes several tours. The Water Route is a tour around part of the islands with opportunity of bird watching close to a mixed bird colony. During the generative period there could be watched a lot of herons, cormorants, spoonbills and in winter – pelicans and swans.
