Persina Nature Park’s Visitor Centre is a modern building situated in Belene on the riverbank. The Visitor Centre regularly hosts local, regional, national and international events and thematic exhibitions. Here all guests can receive information about the Protected Area the biodiversity, the identity of the region, the routes, information for accommodation and restaurants. Except the information, advertising and information materials could be found here too.
There are an exhibition and conference rooms, a special balcony with a shape of a boat at the second floor. This balcony and the windows of the building reveal magnificent views of some of the islands composing Belene Islands Complex.
The building has a separate administrative part. This is where work the Director and the experts dealing with the management of protected area – The Persina Nature Park Directorate.
